I have known Valerie since the first grade. She lived up the street. We were never really friends but connected on Facebook several years ago. Val and Joe helped us stage the house. They were amazing. Valerie even cleaned out the cabana in the backyard no one had wanted to tackle since Mom passed in 2017. My family could not believe that a realtor would go to such lengths to help our family. The house went on the market the first weekend of April. Within 10 days we had three offers on the house. We couldn’t believe it! She had a photographer take amazing pictures, she did a great video of the house and a 3D video. My family was blown away by how she was able to operate safely during the craziness of the pandemic and sell a house! Not only did she help sell the house in NY, but she helped me find a dynamite realtor, just like her, for Dad’s FL home. That home also got multiple offers within 10 days of it being on the market. I would never have found the FL realtor without her help. Valerie is wonderful to work with, incredibly reliable, a great resource, well-connected to the community, true to her word, and very creative when it comes to getting things done. I am so happy she is our realtor. We never realized how much we had in common until we started working together. If you are looking to sell your house, do not hesitate to call Valerie.
